I currently ship only in the United States and Canada. Your order might be subject to handling and/or customs fees upon delivery in Canada.
Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. See the final shipping costs during checkout. Contact me if you need to place a large order (more than 10 of the same item).
Shipping for most products take about 4-15 business days. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products. You will receive email notices regarding the shipping status of your order right away.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Wrong Address – If you address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). More details on the Refund and Returns page.
From Oct 21 to Jan 19, a $0.40 surcharge will be added to all orders with a US destination address.
