As you can see from the coffee tree the ripe cherries are ready to be collected. I enjoy coding with coffee specialty when drinking a Specialty coffee from a Latin America coffee farm.

Ground roasted coffee. Catuaí variety, grows at a height of 1370 MASL a coffee with sweet aromas of caramel, fragrance to panela, with a creamy body; in its flavor we can taste citric notes and red fruits like the mora, with a base of caramel; it has a fine and balanced acidity, leaving on your palate a very lasting post taste. Its dark medium roast and a washing process highlight the taste of this delicious coffee.
