Cartagena is located in the Caribbean coast in Colombia. I decided to take these Cartagena Colombia Architecture Photos when I was there a couple years ago. The colonial architecture reflects most Latin America’s where the Spanish invaded and decided to steal and settle for good.
These architecture photos in Cartagena, Colombia reflect the above. I decided to stay in one of the little hotels outside of the Cuidad Muralla. There are still many locals living in these narrow streets full of life and fun.
Marvel at the awe-inspiring architecture that graces the vibrant streets of Cartagena, Colombia. With each step, you are transported through time, immersed in a rich tapestry of colonial grandeur and vibrant Caribbean colors. The majestic facades, adorned with intricate balconies and ornate detailing, stand as a testament to the city’s storied past.
The blend of Spanish, African, and indigenous influences creates a mesmerizing architectural fusion that captures the essence of Cartagena’s cultural heritage. As you wander through the cobbled streets, the vibrant hues of the buildings ignite a sense of wonder and admiration. The architectural splendor of Cartagena is a testament to the craftsmanship and vision of those who shaped this enchanting city, inviting you to explore its history and immerse yourself in its undeniable beauty.
I will be posting more photos from Colombia by next week. Some from coffee farms and other from Medellin and Santa Marta.
You can always contact me if you have any questions or want to collaborate. Thanks!
